The friendly staff went above and beyond when I accidentally left behind a valuable item; they promptly contacted me to ensure its safe return, showcasing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The spacious room provided a delightful sitting area where I could unwind, and the terrace offered breathtaking views of the Zinal ski area-perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. the breakfast was generous and beautifully presented, with an array of fresh, local ingredients that truly encapsulated the charm of the Swiss Alps.
